Anyone heard of frozen video view counts? Lots of people have been complaining about this. They stated that the view counters may update more slowly. They say they've been working on it. But many people are hypothesizing that they've done this to promote their large partners and slow down the growth rate of smaller partners and independent users, because it's bad for their ad revenue. They say this because the view counters of their large partners seem not to be frozen or lagging at all.
Yeh I thought this 2. Video views get stuck around 300 & then update differently.
I remember when the Avril video was still out & that updated evrytime u refreshed the page but videos dont update that quickly NEmore.
However when I watched Laurens Cascada video it only had 9 views & when I'd finished commenting it had 158 & I refreshed it had 392 views a moment later. That 2 seems 2 b stuck at 392 for a while now so maybe it is fair.
However partner videos r featured 2 much which is not fair!
Good luck, Lauren. It just shows that in life the best things happen while we are having fun and sometimes our whole destiny changes as a consequence of this. You probably never planned your success. It just happened. Unlike other gurus in YT, you did not worry about sophisticated editing techniques in your videos or catwalk looks, you were always a very natural person. Anyone heard of frozen video view counts? Lots of people have been complaining about this. They stated that the view counters may update more slowly. They say they've been working on it. But many people are hypothesizing that they've done this to promote their large partners and slow down the growth rate of smaller partners and independent users, because it's bad for their ad revenue. They say this because the view counters of their large partners seem not to be frozen or lagging at all.

Yeh I thought this 2. Video views get stuck around 300 & then update differently.
I remember when the Avril video was still out & that updated evrytime u refreshed the page but videos dont update that quickly NEmore.
However when I watched Laurens Cascada video it only had 9 views & when I'd finished commenting it had 158 & I refreshed it had 392 views a moment later. That 2 seems 2 b stuck at 392 for a while now so maybe it is fair.
However partner videos r featured 2 much which is not fair!

Good luck, Lauren. It just shows that in life the best things happen while we are having fun and sometimes our whole destiny changes as a consequence of this. You probably never planned your success. It just happened. Unlike other gurus in YT, you did not worry about sophisticated editing techniques in your videos or catwalk looks, you were always a very natural person. Maybe this is why this just happened! Again best wishes...!
