I just recently started glow sticking again (I stopped for a couple years) but I lost all what I remember. I use to be able to do a lot of tricks. I'm relearning how to transition from tracing into tosing into figure 8s and more. I use to be able to do hand stands and backflips while doing it. but I cant anymore.

Is there anyway I can get better like I use to be?

Is there anyway that I can get my rythem back?

I definitely feel ya on the beats and timing with the music. I think a freehander could know just the very basics, but as long as you can tell they are feeling the beat and having fun, it will look awesome. Great vid!

wow this video was really really helpful. people teach so many fundamental moves but i think the hardest thing about glowsticking is transitioning everything together and making it look smooth.

I love this video. It really is SO important to find the next move you're going to do before you get to the end of your current move.

I've seen guys and gals who are significantly WORSE at dancing LOOK better than somebody who can do cooler individual move's simply because the dude doing cooler move's didn't have any flow, he didn't have any idea how to "flow" into the next move.
