ah, that happened to me at my second horse show. but the ring was much smaller, and he ended up throwing me off. it was the scariest thing i could remember. im going back to that same horse show this year taking and even crazier horse, lol. hopefully the same thing wont happen again.
i remember when my old horse jus galloped the whole course by himself cuz i did the course over and over again everyday so he new where to go!but it was a hunter class so i got second place but its sccary galloping a 4"9' course!i thought i was gonna die! :)

that happend to me on mi pony at mi first show in the hack class he took off with me but i was only 9 so i still got a ribbon and there was like 25!!
