(even though Barker got hit on the ear which caused him to suffer a burst eardrum) otherwise he was looking terribly average, even losing that fight by a few points. If you look at the opponents his faced in his last 4/5 fights, Pavlik and Williams are probably the only decent names, whereas the Super Six guys have faced tough opposition in every fight. But in my opinion, Martinez has been hyped up since Williams K,O.
