I was wondering if you could answer my question. I'm naturally very thin, but the only place I ever gain wait is my belly. So I have these skinny arms and legs and this fat belly (and no its not just a little bit of skin or something, it truly is large). I understand that you can't target one area to lose weight in, but are there any tips that could help me to get rid of this belly fat? Also, when I eat my stomach puffs out hugely no matter how much i eat. would toning my abs stop this?

@BloodSunset Cardio and Diet! Stop eating refined carbs. Everyone has a little on their tummy, don't worry. If you want to get rid of it for like a photoshoot there are measure but they are not healthy/sustainable. The ladies in magazines only look like that with photoshop or just for the day of the shoot! Trust me.

Hi Sara, I know you are very busy and can't contact everyone but I too have a question, Is it safe to go on an elimptical for 30 minutes then I do resistance training on my arms, back, legs for another 30 minutes 5 days in a row for the past 2 weeks . I'm keepin my heart rate at a constant 160-170 for the 30 minutes, I am 31, 5'3" and I started at 164 and was down that first week to 157.2 but this week I now am 161? What am I doing wrong? I have been keeping up w/ my clean diet. Can you help?
@slmiller350 Ok, so I would suggest breaking up your strength training routine into a 2 day split. You can do the elliptical if you really want but your body is going to eventually get used to it. I like to mix things up. For a sample 2-day split, check out my fat burning workout in here, it's split up into 2 videos, Day1 and Day2, the idea is not to work the same muscles every day. You need a day of rest for the muscles to recover and repair themselves. Have u read Eat Clean Diet?
Very nicely done. I've been a workout instructor for more years than I like to admit :) and these standing ab workouts are great not just to strengthen the abs but to whittle away the wasteline too - a double whammy. There should be more of them and thanks for sharing yours!

@kswisher123 No, you most likely did not fully engage your core while you did the exercises. It's reallllly important to do that or else you risk injury. Suck your belly button in towards your spine. If you still are not sure, ask a trainer at your local gym on how to protect your lower back during ab exercises.

I just started this workout. Going to try it twice a day it seems great. But when I'm doing it, my legs really hurt, and the next day my stomach really hurts. That's normal right?
@Ms99brown As with any fitness routine, you should not be comfortable during the exercises. You should not be in pain. There is a difference between discomfort and pain. Pushing past your comfort zone delivers results. Pain delivers injury. Are you in shape?

Hey Sarah, long time watcher and appreciate-er of health.This is a great video. Anytime I have ever taught cardio kick boxing or personal training I would do these very workouts. One thing I would ask for you to mention is for persons doing this type of workout to flex and tighten the core muscles. This will provide a blood flow to the muscles. But then again I have never made a video like you have so I can't wait to see more! Keep up the good work! Maybe we can do a triathlon together sometime!

@misskiss89 if your neck is always hurting, you might be deficient in either magnesium or some of the B-vitamins. magnesium effects the muscles in our bodies and the B-vitamins effect the nerves system.
@misskiss89 Raw pumpkin seeds, spinach, swiss chard, raw sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds have the most magnesium in them (in that order. raw pumpkin seeds having the most magnesium)... raw sunflower seeds, Organic calf liver, beef and some other red meats have many of the B-vitamins in them. often times people have a hard time to absorb nutrients, so you might want to get your magnesium, vitamin B12, vitamin B5, and any other B-vitamin you want checked up.
Auf dieses Video antworten... ...the nurse will take a blood test to see if you are low in any of them. once you know which ones you are low in, you could take a vitamin supplement for those nutrients in particular. for example, if you are low in any of the B-vitamins, you could take a vitamin B-complex supplement (has all the B-vitamins in it). Keep in mind that coffee, medication, and alcohol depletes nutrition.
there's another one you can do with a weight, standing. Hold a light weight in your hand, arm bent up in front of you and pull your elbow down, sort of bend your side like you want to pull your rib to your hip....keep your hand on your rib cage and you can feel the striatus muscle work. I'm kind of shortwaisted so it won't show but i can feel it and it really works. Use a weight about 8-10 lbs.
You LOOK amazing!! I watch every single one of your videos and they help soooo much! I had a baby in May and have lost most of the weight. I am on my last 9 or so pounds and find your videos so inspirational. I tried this workout last night and have to tell you how much my abs hurt. My husband was watching TV while I did this workout and he made a comment about how it was not going to do anything and I just needed to do some old fashioned crunches and situps. WOW was he wrong!!!

@sravantiii you cant do exercises to get rid of belly fat. and you cant spot reduct fat you much lose body fat all around. and the best way to lose body fat is to do cardio and to watch your calorie intake. your eating healthy which is good so pretty much its just cardio, then just do the exercises in the video to tone your abs to get them to show once no fat or little fat is over your abs

Awesome vid. Just an FYI, if you use a well lit background or outdoors during the day, use green screen. For darker background or at night, use blue. Values of each color will assist in blending in with the keyed scene better to make that hard-to-key edge on everything in front of the chroma background less noticeable. Good luck!!

I lost about 40 kg by diet and 2 hour workout 6 days of the week but my belly is sooo loose I hate it :(( and I am 22 years old, is this ab workout going to help or do i consider having surgery :((

Thank you very much for this video, I get extreme pain when I try to do crunches on the floor, so I am sure this will help. I personally have lost 70 pounds via diet and walking, but I still carry a lot of fat around my belly. I really hope these exercises will help as I do not want to lose any more weight, I just want to get rid of the inches and tone around the belly/hip area. Thanks again and I look forward to more videos :)

Sarah I regularly watch your channel...you are the only youtube guru i have subscribed trust me...Sarah i have a question...i have a fat belly...please tell me what exercise should i do to get rid off my fat tummy...how can i tone it? please... i am 5 foot 1 inch...i weigh 118 pounds...i am 23 years old...i eat healthy...i exercise whenever i can...but there is something i am doing wrong..thats why my fat tummy does not show any result....it is 27 inch....if possible let me know..please

@sravantiii you cant do exercises to get rid of belly fat. and you cant spot reduct fat you much lose body fat all around. and the best way to lose body fat is to do cardio and to watch your calorie intake. your eating healthy which is good so pretty much its just cardio, then just do the exercises in the video to tone your abs to get them to show once no fat or little fat is over your abs

Awesome vid. Just an FYI, if you use a well lit background or outdoors during the day, use green screen. For darker background or at night, use blue. Values of each color will assist in blending in with the keyed scene better to make that hard-to-key edge on everything in front of the chroma background less noticeable. Good luck!!
