remember there's no gravity in space. If hey dont have special training machines like these, their muscles will get smaller and smaller, and eventually they wont have enough to walk with earth's gravity ^^

thos machines look expensive, but they are a necesarity : )

I remember watching footage of yuri gagarin and other astronauts when they exit their space ships xD They had to be carried.

They could build exercise machines using hyrdraulic power surely?
