Re: the above. Not really, rape occurs when the parties involved disagree about whether or not sex should happen but instead of sex not happening due to the disagreement it occurs despite the disagreement. Is it all OK? No, but it is true that meditation can alleviate suffering about it. The elimination of suffering is not even the end of pain or pleasure or both, it just means one doesn't make anything of experience but lets experience just be without pouring extra thought onto it.

Liberation cannot be attain 'against' the imagination of God or illusion. It is only through the illusion that we can be liberated, thus, we should live in harmony with it and not in disharmony. Awareness is the key and from it, a person will love others as his/her self

If we are all part of God, or a reflection of God, are we also reflections of each other? Are we all identical in true nature? what about unique destinies, talents, and seeming missions we seem to have... does God come through us in variously themed or inclined "versions"--are we "colored" by different missions/roles to fulfill in th universe, or do we have the same mission,& just come across as differently equipped or positioned to do it? or: is there any distinction between you and I?

The way I understand it, we are all part of the same "thing". This "thing, we can call everything.

And while we might seem different on a personal level, in the grand scale of "everything", nothing is personal because it's all the same thing.

At the core of who you are, no harm has been experienced, even in the event of being raped. For some reason that expereience is happening, so perhaps the answer is yes. To the true self, the event is but a dream, albeit an intense one. You wake up from a dream at night and it might have been a nightmare, and you woke and said, "Whew! I'm glad that wasn't real," but were you really harmed by the dream? No, you weren't. Perhaps necessary though in order to understand the victim, and help others.

Human conditioning is the personality, the psychological makeup, the "make and model" that you are. A baby is not yet very "programmed" as a human, still very close to spirit. As we become older, the programming is done, we develop certain ways of dealing with things, certain beliefs and attitudes, and develop a human identity.

Your "natural" state is a place of no programming, no human conditioning whatsoever, a complete openness to all that is in awareness, raw consciousness. The "conditioned" state of being human is the unnatural state, really. The baby isn't that conditioned yet, so that's what is meant by being closer to spirit than adults, closer to one's natural state. The baby isn't very conditioned to holding human psychology yet.

This is good description. Except "God" is misleading. Our own Consciousness is 'God' in some ways, but the word God has too many accociations with Judeo-Christianity.

I believe that there is a sense of truth in shancarballo's reply. I believe that the human feeling of being separate from the world, isn't true at all... Ego is an illusion. If you are a drop in the ocean, you are the ocean itself. But then again... a few hundred years ago we thought the earth was flat. Every opinion can change. I'm Jenny and I created this site for Christine Breese and for University Of Metaphysical Sciences. She isn't here to answer your question. However, she often talks of how God could be thought of as the ocean, and you are a drop of water in that ocean, and that is how it is that you are yourself God. It seems like God is a higher power because the word "God" encompasses all the drops of the ocean, whereas "you-(insert your name here)" are a drop IN the ocean.

Therefore, you are God, just as a cell in your body contains the DNA that all the other cells in your body contain the same DNA. So it is with God.

As for surrendering to a higher force, yes, there are helper spirits who are also drops in the ocean, and that might seem as if there is help outside yourself, but really, the help is still coming from within you, since it is all "you."

As for the afterlife, she explains that the afterlife never ends, it goes on and on. You never really die. You only switch forms from the human body you have now to something else, and even have experiences when you are in formlessness. There is no afterlife in one sense because there is no death. On the other hand, the afterlife goes on forever.

No, you can never be the whole ocean. How would that make sense? You can be one with (in harmony with) the whole ocean, but you (a singular awareness) can not be the ocean itself (sum total of all entities).

awareness is neither big nor small t is just an opening a spaciousness.. there is no size to it since it is not a thing ...so the ocean can  either disolve in the drop or the drop can disolve in th ocean both times there is only infinity which has no beginning or end or middle at that

Find out who and what you are by analysing how and as what you ae existent...dont just replace I And Me with the term God ..it is  just another trap a spiritual trap which looks a bit better but is just another ball and chain this time a spiritual one
