trust me,get someone to spot u and do negative reps,i make this guy look like an infant...absolute hammerin of your body, and you'll sleep fine through tireing urself out.dont listen to anyone, there is no science behind it,there is only brutal training.
Ok im 14 i do about 50-100 reps of 10 pounds a day on each arm. Does it matter when i sleep? Cause im nocturnal. I sleep at about 5-7 am And wake up at 5-7Pm Is is good for muscle building? Or should i change my schedule.
@XiPepsiX Hey man, if your trying to get bigger you need to do far less reps with heavier weights, and sleep is sleep if your getting 12 hours your doing great and giving your body time to recover
EEECODE65 he is built well, but I guess massive is all in your point of view. Ya he aint no Ronnie Coleman. Great tips Sebastian and I'll definatley work on drinking more water but that sleep thing will be the hard one. Have lost 65lbs of fat in the past 10 months the right way through propor diet and exercise and now working on that last 5 or so pounds to get "cut" Thanks for the tips!
Ronnie Coleman and all the other "bodybuilders" are loaded with anabolic hormones... that's just cheating dude, that's why they are so huge! If you wanna see real bodybuilding google "natural bodybuilding". Becoming as big and as cut naturally is quite an achievement!
it's a touchy subject, I agree that there shouldnt be steroid use and would never touch the stuff but in that sport if you aint juicin' you may as well quit cause you aint gunna win. and really it isnt illegal to do so. So I do agree teroid free id the way to go and they look better than these beasts out there but hey just cause I think its wrong I aint going to say they don't work as hard as natural builders do.
Oh yeah, and don't believe everything on the internet, especially what some fat jack posted posing as a certified doctor, when in reality he/she is really just a certified "douche".
Get your ass, off this computer. Stop drinking coke & Junk food. Eat snacks regularly Like non fat yogurt, eat lots of meat pump the stuffing out of your body & the sleep will fit in automatically.
I really like these video because their is truth to all of them. However what if a person is not able to sleep for the full 8 hours due to insomnia or what not?
Then they shall find it nearly impossible to grow...
To be honest I had some sleeping problems until I started eating healthy and getting masses of exercise, now, I cycle 10 to 15 miles a day 6 days a week, and spend 5 days a week in the gym too.
Believe me, sleep is NOT a problem anymore! ;)
If anything, now, I regularly sleep 9 to 10 hours a night, and I get good quality, deep sleep too (the best for growing)
This is off-topic, but what's your opinion of Dr. Mauro Di Pasquale's Anabolic Solution, he says that bodybuilders should eat a high fat, low carb, moderate protein diet to get steroid like muscle gains... (He suggests adding normal amounts of carbs on the weekend and restricting carbs throughout the week).
Dr. Mauro Di Pasquale has some really great things to say about how diet effects your natural hormone output. I tend to be more prone toward using carbs as an insulin control method in longer cycles, but I still feel his ideas are solid as the correct intake of healthy fats can really effect natural hormone levels.
hey i think your videos are great and very useful can you give some advice im quite skinny and find it very difficult to gain weight!eg ive been eating fried chicken and chips for my lunch everyday for about 3 weeks lol its crazy i know but i just dont seem to put on weight can you give me some advice? how about if i take protien drinks will that help? thanks
Try using the calorie calculator at GIZMOFIT You will find it in the gizmo apps section on the yop link bar. Also, I would eat less fried food and amp up your healthy oils, proteins, whole grain carbs and vegetables. Boosting calories with fat should be done by using oils that haven't been super heated (fried or cooked with). You can add flax oil or rosehip oil to cooked food or drinks and get a much healthier calorie jump, after getting a balance of all food groups
A consistent sleeping pattern is best, because of how your systems operates on regular cycles. However, if you can't then I suggest getting 8 hours minimum when possible. Muscle tissue growth requires the extra, especially when training hard.
Wow. To be honest when I read the title I thought this was one of those b.s. workout "godsends", but what you said makes sense and is actually very reasonable. 5 stars =)
I do sleep 7.30 hours a day and sleep an hour after work, before my workout !
Good ?
