@tundra243 While this Lightning should have had a 5.8 liter Windsor, the horsepower was roughly the same @ 240. My 2004 has a 4.08 limited-slip, and being a DOHC, even my Tundra Double Cab should have been able to walk away from this particular Lightning. The Tundra shoe was asleep.

@xmodrock. I had similar results racing a lightning in my 4.7 tundra. The 4.6 liter is new to 2010. Toyota has offered the 4.7 for the past ten years. 5.7 would have smoked the lightning

yeah... I'm the biggest Yota lover, but the 4.7 is no match to the lightning in speed, but more in reliability :-)

ok. it comes with a 4.0, 4.6, or a 5.7L engine.. thats probably a 5.7L model ... thank you good night.. go look at toyotas website

@xmodrock The modles before 2010 came with 270hp 4.7ls. The 4.6 is only avaliable in 2010 and newer modles.

Uh no you don't. I know you don't because stock Lightnings run high 13s and 4.7 Tundras won't even run in 14s. Not talking shit about Toyotas or bragging on Ford or anything like that. That's just facts.
