I had worked at several air carriers where reverse thrust was always selected by the pilot flying, never by the Flight Engineer. The most the F/E would do is pull the speed brake lever if it didn't deploy automatically.

Wow i didn't know that, the old flight engineers, were allowed to take control of the engines on landings.

Challenge Air Cargo was bought by UPS for it's routes to South America. The assets of CAC were sold after the aquisition around 1998/99

Nice to see a video of the Boeing 707. The first commercial jetliner from Boeing. I wonder how many of these 707's fly as cargo haulers, they serve the US Air Force as tankers.

Yes that is correct. The program was filmed and released nearly 10 years ago on VHS, sold out 6-7 years ago and now re-released on DVD.
