Though If you bought the kind of cube you can build yourself and set it to be very loose, so that the shrimp could easily spin it, you might be able to do an uncut video of the guy solving the rubix cube by playing it backwards. ...Somebody do this!

I'm surprised that nobody has yet to teach a Mantis how to solve a rubiks cube and prove it.

A normal rubiks cube probally wouldnt work, but if one modifies one so it will be possible for a Mantis to manipulate it, then I'm pretty certain you could teach him how to solve it, especially if you make him associate the solved cube with food.
