I feel so sorry for the legend singer who puts 110% into his brutal vocals in every single performance he does. But I also feel sorry to the people who paid as much as twice the price for tickets brought from the low life fucks that went out of there way to make a quick buck by buying a lot of the floor standing tickets and put them on Ebay for double the price. Dave Mustaine must of gone home early and not heard the Slayers set when he invited Kerry King to play in Adelaide when Tom could not play in Adelaide. Even Dave Lambardos drumming couldnt save them this night I left very disappointed. At least Megadeth put on a great show.

Brave of Tom to go through with the show, if Slayer seriously have this problem in the future, then they could always keep Tom on bass and get a different singer. I wish his voice was better and he would remain, but honesty if he carries on in this direction he might not have a bloody voice left!

I play guitar and Mustaine's guitar work is supreme no doubt. And Chris Broderick is a serioulsy technical guitarist. But Megadeth riffs and sound just can't compete with Slayer. They are in completely different leagues.

All credit to Slayer for going on with the show regardless. Most bands would have pulled out but Slayer displayed both honesty and integrity by doing the best they could. A lesser band would have pulled out and disspointed the fans altogether.

Much credit to Paul Hauge for adding vocals to a couple of tracks, it wasn't Tom but fuck it would have taken balls to get up there and front Slayer (not to mention the rush..lol).

It just shows why Slayer are the best Thrash Metal band around!

What a joke! Slayer have done more for thrash metal than any other band on this planet!! They are the kings of metal. Slayer solos may be chromatic speed solo's but they were one of the first to play solo's like this in the early 80's. This was another element which added to their rawness and brutality. Megadeth's riffs haven't got shit on Slayer riffs. It's like bringing a knife to a gunfight, Slayer obliterate them.

Idc what anyone says, Slayer are still the fucking best. Sure, Tom had no voice, but the music was still mad. He coulda easily cancelled. But no, even though he is nearly 50, has spent half of his life singing in Slayer, had flown halfway across the world and played like 5 shows in a week in two different countries, he still came out and did the best he could, rather than disappoint his fans. I just hope he gets better soon. Tom Araya = God! Fuckin' SLAYER!!!
