Don't forget that sniping spots must not remain permanent..

Basically what I mean is if you kill someone, you appear on their screen whilst spawning and they can see you. If you're hiding there for 20 minutes, you're going to get killed, so move about places and try all 3 places this guy suggests.

[Maybe put an annotation on the video for my comment about the switching of spots??]
