If you use the move relearner, Togekiss can learn these moves.

Feraligatr LvL 95, geodude LvL 6, Rattata LvL 2, Mareep LvL 8, tentacool LvL 9. And I can beat everything. What is so complex about such a simple idea... Why are you all so naive...

You have to obtain the 8 johto gym badges, capture(Or defeate) the exclusive legendary pokemon depending on which you version you have, then go back to New bark town and surf until reach the A new route 26/27. Right then and there you should work your way up that route until you see a building far north.

@DQ8fan123 Technically you can. Just train it up to Togetic as a Togepi. Then trade to Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum to evolve it with a Shiny Stone. Thats what I did when I played through my Heart Gold game.

There is no TM for Thunder Punch do one of the foloowing to obtain that move:

1:Trade to Platinum and teach it with Shard Tutors

2:Level up the pokemon to the level they learn the Move
