The plane that cart-wheeled was our DC-10 in Iowa...I Flew with the Purser Jan Brown a few years after that accident and she was so pleasant..and YES, she said she had to touch herself to believe that she was still alive!!! It's too bad that our managment at United Airlines had forgot that there are still alot of great Flight Attendants that work for them and treat us like a step-child....I wish Pam Ann was our CEO!!!!
