I really really really want one... can we hurry it up already, I need a new car and I can't wait until 2015. Also, lets see an updated video on Ford hydrogen cars, anyone got one? There's been technology break throughs since 2007. How about a fuel cell that is platinum free? Also, lets get the infrastructure up and with some solar hydrogen refuelling stations. Sun Catalytics has new promising solar tech for that.
Ford has good ideas. But take a look at the companies which I mention below, and see what they are doing....The people at Aptera Motors have to be admired for what they are doing in
NO MORE excuses after 2010 for cars which do not use gasoline....The cat is out of the bag, and
in the next 2 years you WILL see cars that run on plug-in electric power, hydrogen fuel cells, and cars which do over 100 miles per gallon such as the Aptera...Also coming is a car which runs on compressed air....( See Zero Pollution Motors ).....See also Aptera Motors and Miles Electric Vehicles...
YES.....The Honda Clarity will be running in the streets of Los Angeles this very year of 2008...
A bunch of them will be leased to selected test customers for 600 per month, including insurance....Not as a test to see if they work, but as a test to see how people like them, and work out any problems....The cars DO run well, but keep in mind that it all starts slow like this.....Could we have done this way before ??? Of course, but they were holding back till the last minute....
bobolimasterflex >>> your right 100% but not only bush it will be the oil company..most people dont know 50 years ago we could have had cars ran on 60 miles per gal. but all you see on the t.v. is cars only get 32 per gal. thats how dumb people are..they dont think!!
25 mile range...
"most people will be able to commute within that distance"
hahahahaha
Fucking dumb Brit!!

Hydrogen is the only whey to go in my opinion because it will never run out and it does not pollute the atmosphere.

2015??
Honda's version is ready to go NOW.
Thats crazy but then again, there seems to be no real incentive for Ford to put this thing on the pavement faster.
They cannot sell petrol versions of anything they build.

ALL Hydrogen Fuel cell vehicles are going to be released in 2010. The price will be somewhat high since it is a new technology.
