@STANYKARTOPET01 Thanks for that. This is actually Canada's "WET" Coast, so the snow does not come too often and when it does, it is very heavy with water and the snow plow gets bogged down by slushy wet snow. The track is not mine. I was a guest. All the best, Peter.
