I saw a shark in Vice City only once. I jumped on top of it. (It was that close to the bridge I was standing on) It didn't do anything, it just kept on swimming. I jumped off in front of it to see if it would bite me but it still didnt' do anything. I drowned and shark still ignored me.

There are sharks, dolphins, turtles, jellyfish, and plain fish. The sharks don't attack, one time i accientaly fell into the water next to a shark and it didn't attack, and the dolphins don't jump or anything. They just float around and eventually disappear. It's very peaceful.
