proud2bmorena here. thanks for the nice comment! i honestly didn't take my piano lessons seriously either; i only studied for about two years then quit. i just learn most of it by ear, or look for a tutorial in youtube. c: since you already had a little experience, i bet you still have it in you. give it a try! c:
Hmm.. Well I know I'm biased because Alicia Keys is one of my absolute favorite artists... usually I dont like the way people sing her songs at all, But you did an above average job. There are some parts that could be cleaned up a little (though i really like that alteration you make around 3:04), but overall it was really good! you really put your own personality in this song, and it was really enjoyable to watch! :]
thank you! alicia keys is one of my idols and she is my inspiration, among other things, to go back to learning how to play the piano again and being able to sing at the same time. i never had any formal training for singing (unless being part of a choir in elementary counts) so i understand what you said about cleaning it up. but again, thank you for the comment. c:
