Damn, hockeyluck13, I'm hurt. I put this up JUST to amuse you personally. Having failed, suicide is my only option. You totally owned m on the internets... Seriously, you're an E-prick who's probably accomplished nothing, hense your 0-uploads. Who the hell cares what you have to say? You dump $12,000 on a car, enter it in a TSD, a rallycross, and drive it in a river within 2 weeks of the check clearing, then come back.
Typical retard that spends 50,000$ on a motorized shopping mall to go over a few rocks and laugh.. i got a Subaru with 475,000km, its good for groceries, hauling people, in the snow, it's safe, unbelievable on gas, and up to 475,000km, all it needed was brakes and oil. Oh AND! i bring it mudding all the time for kicks, with my dog and 3 friends, and it only costs me $10 to go all day.
U just can't admit a grocery wagon is a better deal than your overpriced dirt machine, fag
@chrisszack I wheel every weekend. Check out my page instead of slinging pretend insults trying to save your pretend manhood from driving your pretend off roader in pretend situations. I've got several off road vehicles. Some that cost more, some that cost less, but none as pathetic as yours. Stick to what you know and make some videos about how good your car is at getting groceries.
@shotgunboy don't down talk a Subaru... I grew up it one i drove one now... Guess what... Sane damn car... 98 Subaru legacy gr ! In my opinion it's the best Subaru... Don't talk shit about something you don't have experience in...
There are those that love Subaru's, and those that don't know... I saw a t shirt the other day aimed toward the typical lifted truck guy that sums it up pretty well. It read, "nice truck dude! sorry about the penis..."
Great video! I love the commentary. What's with all the flack? The truck guys just don't get it. The stock OBW is just as capable as any stock truck and as you said, way better gas mileage. I think they are jealous. Had it been titled Subaru blasts past super swamper I could understand the gripe. They need to drive one to realize they arent grocery getters.
I all can say is, what the F#@k! Your just driving on solid ground in 6 inches of water...what are you showing!! A front wheel drive car can do that! Put a better video on please!
@rumerboyz Dude leave it be it's his family stuff he's just goofing around. Though I thought the title was sarcasm and expected it to go nose first into a 6' hole.
I didn't tear it up. I've had it airborne 3 times and it takes it like a champ. This past weekend I drove half a mile down a creek and into the hills of BFE KY, stuck behind a ZR2 that was afraid to get out of 1st. All I do is change the oil.
I have this vehicle so I can take the fam on 2000mi trips at 30mpg and still get dirty at the destination. We cant all use a trailer-queen 45mph Mog. ;)
Negative. Subaru, with its flat-4 and AWD, is built for rally racing and wins cups. Furthermore, the 1998 Legacy to this day holds the world land speed record for turbocharged station wagon, at 168 MPH in Arizona.
how much clearance does that thing have 6 inches, maybe?
can it go over any rock bigger than a human head?
can it go through at least 1 ft of mud and when I say mud I mean the sticky shit that doesn't come off your tires unless you have PROPER OFFROAD TIRES this is another short coming to most subarus because unless you make the wheel wells bigger and lift it your not going to be able to fit any tire on there that would be substantial for offroad purposes
That may be so, and no one's taking it rock-crawling, but it's hardly a "mom car piece of shit," as you call it. With its proven versatility in speed, handling and function, the Legacy doesn't need to say "excuse me" to anyone. Give credit where credit is due.
I've never tried it in a foot of mud; the roads here are mostly paved, so I'll have to get back to you on that. But you might have a look around YouTube, and see how long your Mog fares at any appreciable speed: watch?v=-qLEyRbjP4Y
Makes ME look like shit? LOL. Since you mention it, don't you know that big cars are for guys with insecurities? You seem to think that those with normal-sized passenger cars lack free will. Quite the opposite. My other car is a 2-cylinder FIAT 126p which I went to lengths to import myself. While your off-road cars are undoubtedly fun, I don't need 3 tons of top-heavy metal to prove myself. LMAO. xD
80 in a Unimog? You've got a youtube account, show us video. Shows us video of you doing that for 1200miles. Be sure to show your gas gauge, too. It'll be funny to watch it drop like a pressure gauge on a Super-Soaker. ;)
By the way, in case you're unfamiliar with it (as a young American), there is overlap between off-roading and rallying. Rallying can well be done under off-road conditions, including heavy snow and mud. They are not the same thing, to be sure, but they are also not mutually exclusive. So it's not unreasonable to test and push a rally car's off-road capabilities. Just like it's not unusual to see a Jeep on an expressway.
That's great, if the Bronco reaches 100. And by your very own logic, I should say to that: "What a piece of shit; if you want speed, get a Porsche."
But I won't. I'll say instead: "Wow. That's fast for an all-terrain vehicle." Of course it's not built for speed. Nor is a Legacy built for rock-climbing.
But if your aim is to be gratuitously offensive, then I might point out the Bronco's reliability rating, which is matter of fact, if you care check the stats. And I'll spare you my opinion.
@shotgunboy123456 youre really trying to compare a unimog with a subaru. Yes you are correct a subaru isnt made to be a mud flinging 4wd. but can you really argue the capabilities is has for a passenger car that get 30mpg
@shotgunboy123456 Lets talk general everyday off-road. The Subaru has more than enough abiiity for that. It's a car that has the extra ground-clearance so it can go that much further, it's not a car that can go over 'big rocks' but thats not what is was generally intended for. You comparing a mog to an Outback is f**king silly. And btw, these cars are bloody decent in mud, best AWD vehicle you'll find for semi off road driving.
@shotgunboy123456 subarus are two off road vehicles. the wrx is a rally car. the outback and forester on the other hand are not rally cars there for offroading
@shotgunboy123456 subarus are two off road vehicles. the wrx is a rally car. the outback and forester on the other hand are not rally cars there for offroading

my honda can do that

Nicely done! Mines an '02 2.5 auto. Needs a bit of sealing before I take it much deeper. 1/4" skidplate will stop a rifle but not vaporlock. lol

Incorrect. You can get Super Swampers from Summit racing in 28"-29".
New Outback wagons have 9" of clearance, I have 7 and a 1/4" thick belly plate with lots of scrapes on it.
You're still comparing apples to oranges, go find another argument.
