The problem is she wouldn't be allowed to live this way if the property was her own. Cities and towns can't tax her for this because technically it's a trailer so all they can tax is the empty lot it sits on. They'd want a permanent structure built on whatever land she buys for it and would probably condemn and sell the property if she didn't build on it. The neighbors would also complain because it's out of character with the size of the rest of houses in the neighborhood.

Alot of you people saying how wonderful it would be to have a house like this, well try living in one for a while and see how you feel later on.
