@parisa909 I just used my PC that can run Legend with no problems. Speedrunning on a Laptop sounds like torture :) . If I ever tried to beat my times I would record them, but I don't plan on ever running Legend again (as many things are pure luck).

@MMAN2 I've tried to speedrun on Ghana before using your method, but I always end up using RadxxRyan's method or just playing the level completely. :p That jump at 0:48 must have taken a lot of practice and paitence, too! Still, you're one of the greatest speedrunners for this game and I doubt it was just pure luck, you seem to have done a lot of work and practice before posting the Tomb Raider Legend speedruns. You should be very proud. :)

The grab at the water is the only thing changed by your FPS.

I can't get the short cut at all! I can get up the first part but not onto the rock (the top of the gate mechanism) I've already completed the time trial (heck I'm down to 15 min having to do all the inner workings crap) but I want to improve my score

Just try different angles, working out the right one can be difficult so you just have to learn it by trial and error.

you know when you meet amanda for the first time there? Use the machine thingy to pull the platform hanging in the sealing, to the place where the blown up bridge were. Jump over the platform and to the other side and you have saved youself some time.
