  • when i first saw your truck im thinking that this is a wanna be cum cum. but your stacks on a gas truck are pretty legit.

  • my ram is a 97 straight piped and sounds basically the exact same

  • no lie this is a piece of dog shit... why do you talk to? we just wana here this piece of shit not a doctor phil lecture on how to setup dog shit... stacks dont belong on gasoline truck pecker weed

  • @biglarryhasahairy why don't they belong on gas trucks?

  • sweet truck i had stacks on my last dodge and a set will be going on the one i have no with my tax return lol and to everyone being a dick about gasburners with stacks can shut up cause if it wasnt for gasburners to start stacks then u wouldn have em and also blowin unburnt fuel out stacks is ignorant as hell cause obviously it waste fuel and it also destroys paint.....i have a cummins the same yr as my 1500 and ill NEVER put stacks on it nor blow smoke and i have over 450hp W/O SMOKE!!!!

  • i like the black chevy in the background

  • Awesome Truck!!!!!! I actually had a truck that looked identical to this one. I sold it last summer and bought a jeep wrangler.. I'm still sick over it, lol... I miss the big red dodge....... So what size lift do you have on your dodge? Its an awesome looking truck... Thx for posting.

  • other then what sounds like an exhaust leak I think it sounds great with that magnaflow I didnt care for the other muffler you had on it in the other videos but thats just me!

  • I dont get why people think its dumb to put stacks on gassers. It looks an sounds badass . Jus bc it doesnt blow smoke its stupid? Lol i like it man im puttin some on my 2500 here real soon

  • Now I'm a big dodge fan, even have the same truck almost. But stacks on a regular gas pickup??? c-mon man, stacks are only bad a cummins. Nice truck though.

  • street legal?

  • Normally id say shame on you but I actually like it. well done. Quiter gets you less noticed. And power gains or drawbacks on this set up?

  • i gotta say man your truck sounds sick. i got a 98 ram 1500 318 with a 5speed that im gonna run 5 inch bull haulers on as soon as i get my tax return. im running straight pipe from magnaflow high flow cat back into a 4inch tip behind r/r wheel. im gonna keep it straight pipe when i stask it to that you alaska for no emission laws.

  • now do a cummins swap

  • sounds nice

  • rather then buying another quad, im putting a 3" body with 35's and stacks hope it looks as nice as this truck! and sounds like it! lol already got 3" on mine :P

  • radicalbuzzkill id say stack it unless you want to put about $5 into the exhaust.... then that might not work lol

  • I'm thinking about buying a 95 ram 5.9L V8. Its going to be w work truck and farm truck. Should I stack it or straight pipe it?

  • and im not trying to start a fight here on whats better.if I buy another truck it will be diesel, but I'm keeping this one and I'll supercharge or sts turbo it eventually.

  • 1alecxg stacks have been on gas trucks for a long time so dont be a dick to me just because my truck doesnt spit out unburnt fuel.

  • still sounds like its straight piped. and also buy a diesel if you going to have smoke stacks. thats why there called SMOKE stacks.

  • @1alecxg The real term is exhaust stacks. They have been puting stacks on gassers decades before Diesel Pickup owners decided it would be cool to sound and be like a big rig wannabe. I have stacks on my gasser, but I drive a Freightliner Coronado for a liveing. I run stacks on my real diesel. Not some little diesel pickup thinking im a big rigger because I can blow smoke.

  • sounds sick dude!!

  • magnum p14 I dont know they made a midnight express... must just be a different color or something. either way badass

  • sometimes I wish I did but once I do some more engine mods Ill have planty of power

  • Wish you had a cummins huh? Lol

  • for everyone bitchin about stacks on a gas truck. The first pick ups to have stacks were the 78 and 79 dodge lil red express and midnite express which were 440 big block GAS engines. They came from the factory with stacks and sold like mother fuckers

  • @MagnumPI4 actually you are wrong. Farmers actually started this in the late 1930's. In order to keep the hot muffler and tail pipe from setting fields on fire. They were done more in the 50's with the hot rodders. died off some then dodge did it to the truck you were talking about. They had dual 4inch turn out stacks and cherry bomb mufflers.

  • @CSXtrackworker yea but without dodge doing that stacking trucks wouldn't be nearly as popular as it is today

  • @MagnumPI4 It was actually well popular in the 1950's with the greasers and their hotrods.

  • I mean stacks are sexy (NO OFFENCE) but why would some one install them if they arnt running desiel?

  • @SouRGamingNA Cause they sound good on gassers to,

  • @SouRGamingNA cuz it makes sense, the exhaust from a gaser is lighter than air, so stacks let it flow out faster, it looks good, and they sound good.

  • oh god.... I just love it :D

  • yes its worth it, you can put stacks on anything.

  • why put stacks on 1500? is it worth it.... im redoing my exhaust

  • Ya that was it, my dad took it to autozone. It got a bit louder but still super deep and resonates for a long ways away. Its got the bullet on it again for now. I just found out flowmaster makes super 40 up to 6" inlet but its in the race section, that's what ill try next.

  • So i think i saw your truck today in essex. i work at monro muffler and brake. couldnt really hear your truck. was wondering how it sounded after a little break in time

  • IT'S GOOOOOOOOD! :D

  • Im going to make that next weekend but then I have to find a working computer to upload...

  • Have you made those other vids yet on how to make the piping????¿¿¿¿

  • Darkflavor because its badaaaaass

  • Tracy1375 that's what I said, just do it anyways. Its your truck and its badass

  • just jizzed wow so sick compared to stock witch i have

  • just jizzed wow so sick

  • why did you put stacks on a gas again?

  • <3

  • Ok cool bc I have 1999 1500 sport 5.2 just like ur same color but I have bedliner.... I been wanting to put staxx on mine, but all my boys tell me not too... But fuck em I am soon it

  • Sometimes they have a kit with the T pipe but it costs $100 more (hard to make). You'll also need 7-8' 4" pipe and a 4.25" hole saw... ill prob make a vid of everything you need and what to do.

  • I meant coming from the staxx to the magnaflow.... What kind of piping u have the staxx...

  • I went on summit.com but the kit didnt come with the y-pipe

  • The stacks are dynomax I got from summit. Chevyboy119 thanks, ill have some bids of the chevy soon. Im putting a mild 496 stoker big block in at the moment...

  • i dig the chevy in the back dude!

  • Where did u buy ur stacks at????

  • Xnibz12345 if I had a small dick id be driving a mini lol

  • Vtdodge1 that's why I hate the new england, waaaay to much road salt! Id rather banch through 2' of snow every day!

  • you mean pulled over for having a small dick!

  • bbadd ass truck man

  • play wit me 209 755 8912

  • looks a little too solid to be a vermont truck lol

  • how much did it cost to put stacks on your truck?

  • sounds mean for a dodge lol

  • There a 33x14.5/r16 interco ssr. Awesome tire, a little on the heavy side...

  • what size tires are those..i really like them are they 33s or 35s. what is the width?

  • goddamn that sounds mean

  • Ajd2426, nice

  • Followmyruts stacks are louder then any other exhaust because there right behind the cab, even louder if your back window opens, just run no muffler and a high flow cat and that's retarded loud. Unless you have an exhaust that comes up through the floor in the cab... that might be louder...

  • i was thinking about getting stacks for my 2004 dodge 1500 but stacks just arent loud enough for me on a gas truck.

  • 18clcfhockey you must be a redneck to find and watch this video! Danraich I had a flowmaster super 44 with the stock cat and it was way to quiet but I was thinking of trying it out again with the high flow cat. I am normaly a flowmaster guy anyways...

  • You should put a flowmaster super 44 on they give a good sound while still keeping it loud.

  • you know your a redneck when your youtube videos are about your trucks

  • @18clcfhockey you know your a retard when you comment about other peoples videos when you don't have any haha

  • im not sure how much difference it makes on a newer truck but I started out with a straight pipe then put a high flow cat and it was fawking retarded loud... then I had to put a muffler on it. That sounds like a bad ass truck, where's your vid?

  • dude i would put bigger stacks on it at least 6 or 7 inch better sound and deeper too

  • Ya its deeper but it did get a bit louder with being broke-in. Should be even better when ever I manage to get long tube headers on it.

  • @raychevy400 Sounds good dude. I put 6inch stack's on my 08 silverado with the 5.3 V-8 in it. Mine has no muffler on it, but has the wider stack's to give my exhaust a lower deeper grumble. To all those who hate gas truck's with stack's, I say fuck em!!! They have been putting stack's on gas truck's long before anyone with a diesel pickup thought to di it.

  • i kinda like its deeper rumble though dang people just dont understand why we like them loud
