omigoodness.. i'm at 2:53 and my left quad feels like it's going to explode! haha, i'm such a wussy! :( you manage to kick my arse every time miss nardini. but i love it! is there anything specific that you can recommend for my lower abs to help with pole dancing??? i know yoga has definately helped with my endurance, but maybe theres something to really help me strengthen my lower abs, my grip and arm strength...??? :) i'd really appreciate it! thank you so much for all your vids!
For the pole, if you want to get better at it, practice it more--the movements you will do will build you up in the way you want. I have a lot of Core Strength videos here on my channel--look up SadieNardini...so do those, practice my Shakti Kicks, use your fingertips into the floor a lot, but doing exactly what you want to get stronger at is the best way...

i did them all with you.. i had to pause during some of them... i think i did about about 20-25 for each side. i had to stop on my first side for a minute, i was not expecting THAT big of a workout. after i composed myself and saw what i was dealing with, i tried my best to "walk throught the fire! " :) i finished and my legs were shaking haha! thanks again!
my legs are DEAD! lol hurts so good!
