@jgvasa Depends on what I'm doing. If I'm trying to put on weight I won't run at all. But if I'm cutting I'll do low intensity cardio 3-4 days a week with maybe 1 or 2 longer runs mixed in.
Yes it looks like it's almost the same product. Maybe I will buy this one so I have it faster. Now I am going to search for the price and the full details.
I looked it up and about 3 months it will come out in the Netherlands. Maybe I will buy it because it looks great, but I think it's expensive? And you don't have to use batteries?
Too bad I have to wait like 3 months because I can use it now very much :(
Again, thanks for all your videos. I really like your channel and it's different than most channels.
You deserve a lot more subscribers but I am sure that will come. But sometimes you have to make yourself "more known" to get it. That's what most youtubers do.
Do you use the watch for your weight training?

@Ducci08 I actually don't use the wristband at all. I use my ipod more b/c I like having music.

How often do you incorporate running into your lifting? From what I've heard a lot of bodybuilders avoid frequent distance runs

@HollanderT12345 The one that integrates in with an Ipod Nano is $30 US. The bracelet retails for $59.
