I totally understand why you spent that much. My cousin from Australia just came to visit us in America and she spent soooo much on clothes and makeup. She said that if she didn't buy it here then she would regret it and just end up buying it later on in Australia for two or three times more. I just can't believe how much more expensive Australia is.

In the future, anytime I think about complaining about prices, I'm going to think about this video and how if i were in australia, i'd be paying like 2-3 times as much for something. i wonder if the standard australian wage is higher than the standard american wage to maybe ease the burden? I would NEVER EVER EVER pay 35$ for a mac lipstick. they're good, but for 35$, they need to be able to cook dinner for me and wash my clothes.

DIM is someone like you who does not even know how to communicate or influence and goes off calling other people names. HAUL VIDEO means "showing", "displaying". Not everyone is MAC proficient like you, and if I were that familiar, I would not be watching videos to see what is out there, I would go straight to the MAC's site - GET A LIFE and look at Wikipedia. Yes, she explained why she did not open and the massive response is: "WHY even bother???"

She's not swatching them because they're unopened, she might want to save them for later use! Opening them all at one time sounds ridiculous anyway as they spoil quicker that way. Most of the MAC products mentioned are so popular anyways and can be seen all over youtube / web.

the L'oreal mascara is really good I've tried many high end brands and this one is the best. You should try Posh It Up lip glass i think from MAC my favorite

i think with the mac it'd be nice to show them out of the packaging, even if no swatches ^^; that's why i watch hauls, though the rest of the haul was fine~~ hopefully you do tutorials with those lipsticks soon

Even though there weren't any swatches I think it would have been helpful to maybe have pictures of the product swatched/out of the packaging (via google) on the side in an annotation or something so that we weren't all just staring at boxes with writing. I mean, I understand you didn't really have the time to do it in the video and whatnot but what's the point of a haul video if we don't even really know what you bought besides the fact that it was a mac lipstick? :(

oh yeh you should have def gotten the maybelline fit me blush in medium pink because being that you skin is light and you think that its the right shade to show up. IT WON'T. i bought light pink and i have light skin and it didn't so anything. so i went back and bought like medium coral. and wow. medium does show and is actually nice.

yep Oz is expensive for just about everything, lego is double the cost than the USA, clothes, hardware, food just about everything is a rip off in Oz. Ikea stuff can be triple the price here

It's a "haul" video meaning that I am only really showing what I purchased - and I will swatch these products in an upcoming tutorial, or lipstick swatch video or on my blog. I'm not planning on reselling them.. and I literally only came back yesterday so I honestly have not had the time to open up each and every product!
