A relatively minor country girl singer on a relatively minor country music show, so country it almost hurt, so easy to caricature....no reason to believe we were seeing one of the great American icons and one of the most inventive and creative artists in American history. Just proves that if you love what you do enough, and you believe enough, and you have talent....but it is truly one of the most unlikely careers in American history. What a woman....
