    It is just sauce from Jar and cheese.

    Yo could use some aubergines or beef to it.

  • I am watching this video; when you responded to the other video about the fajita. My grandson said both of those recipes looked great. He cooks. I eat probably one cup at the most when I have my feel hungry days. I have been suffering from elimination issues this weekend. I am not eating much because I really feel so full. I had a ordered a tuna on a side salad at the Columbus Hall. It was a place where I had eaten before. I ate less than half of the ice cream scoop worth of tuna/salad. Linda

  • That looks delicious Allison! You can make stuffed mushroom caps with all kinds of great fillings (crab meat salad is awesome in them!). Also, stuffed red peppers that have been roasted are delicious and easy to make too.

  • I make these all the time and they are so delicious, except if you salt them first, the salt draws out the water and it gets watery and mushy. Thanks for the video

  • oh i love portabellas! try spraying with canola spray, sprinkle some garlic mrs. dash, and some sketti cheese, with julienne sun dried tomatos...another spray of canola and bake those puppies up! omg i'm hungry! thanks allison!

  • Hey Allison, just so you know, there is 2 grams of protein and 1 gram of fiber in a cup of portabella.
