I am looking in to building a c4 for top speed, I'm curious what engine your running? Size, and estimated Hp? Thanks, you don't have to go into details if you don't want to, just interested.
motor is LT block with 4" stroke & AFR heads, solid lifters, shaft mount rockers, big compcams cam, a coil per cylinder, eliminated the optispark except for cam sensor, & I still use the crank sensor. in this video i don't use the spray, but in my other videos i use a 300 shot. off spray about 600+ rwhp and on spray about 900+ rwhp. Big throttle body, k&n, ported LT4 intake, big ceramic headers, no cats, 11# flywheel...
Nope, no cones. Turned a great time too. That is the same car that is in the land speed racing videos. Same motor, same build, no changes. Very durable setup. If you look, as I am entering the straightaway, the previous driver spun out down there at the end. You can see his tire smoke, and as I get down there, you can see some smoke still in the air. The flag man told me after the event that he tried to flag me but by the time he turned around and started to wave his flag I was just flying by.
