  • @ahmednabil No, you need only do the normal exercise specific warm up as you do when you change the exercise (from snatch to c+j).

  • @asianstrength Only if you don't understand the philosophy behind this kind of training system. It is thruth with the Russian system also. Always study first and only after that you are able to execute the method in practise.

    Not the max number of max lifts gives the max results. It is the optimal amount of max lifts (in a weekly level) which gives the max results.

    I am very happy about the more efficient doping test control for the lifters in all over the world. That's great!

  • @asianstrength everyone at that level takes iliegal substances but they ware disqualified because the bulgarians are the strongest and they are not from a big country.There ate far too much politics in the olympics.It is not fair to everyone,And to be honest the everyone knows that there is no chinеse weightlifter that has more than 5 year career because of the drugs.

  • @TheTaurus737 zhang guozheng has a career more than 5 years. lifting maxes everyday is gonna fuck up your body. bulgarians end their career sooner than any other country.
