  • quit calling people retards over bands. All right it was brutal at the time, but Varg is a retard. He stopped playing guitar because he views it as an inferior instrument because of its african origins. Now he only plays synthesizers, since pianos are more european. I guess he'd play a piano, but thats the only thing that can fit in his cell. Oddly, Id consider that more of a Japanes instrument; I guess it doesnt matter though since the nazis were allied witht he Japanese.

  • And his record deal was with Euronymous' 'Deathlike Silence', but problems arose which led to bigger and greater problems.

    Also, Cradle of Filth is my favorite band, but they're not the best 'black metal' band out there. They're not even black metal anymore. I personally think Borgir is the best black metal band out now.

  • Umm.. Metalcritic.. First off, you DO know that the sole member of the Burzum project is Varg Vikernes, who is now in prison in Norway until I BELIEVE next year. He is in there because they found him to be guilty on murdering Euronymous, though he killed him in self defense so he himself was not the one killed!
