First of all, it's OK to go ahead and pronounce the 'J' as an AMERICAN would, instead of like some BEANER would (an "h") sound. Secondly, take my word...,you DON'T want to get on the tram, and third, this is a long hike for NOTHING.
AMERICAN isn't a language. English is, but considering that Spanish explorers named most of the west coast, I'm sure it's pronouced with an "h" sound. You must be from the mid-west. Finally, if you don't appreciate the great outdoors and the views a summit like San Jacinto offers, I suggest you go order a pizza and watch a football game with your free time.
(A) who said 'American' was a language? Not me. (B) I'm not a full blooded Spaniard with a thick accent (as most AMERICANS aren't), so we don't pronounce the J as an H or Y (so get off your history horse) (C) No, not from the Mid-West (D) I love the great outdoors, but getting on a fucking tram swinging from a tethered cable thousands of feet up in the air ain't what I would call "enjoyable," and (E) FUCK your "suggestions" TARD!
Thanks for this video! We're doing this as an overnight backpacking trip and going to the peak as one of our day-hikes, so this video has been really informative! Now we know where to get our permits and where to camp! Thanks a ton! Consider me a subscriber!
Looks awesome I want to do this hike. Do they allow dogs on the tram?

I like to hit Peak junction via Fuller ridge, then the summit. (avoid the tram lol) I'm getting the legs ready for an attempt in 2 weeks. Cheers!!!
