This guy wasn't even a real cop but a security dude. His name is Phillip B. Reed, 45. Reed was cited by a Peoria police officer for leaving the scene of an accident, a traffic offense. In January, he quietly pleaded guilty and was fined $600.
here we have a perfect, albeit small example of everything I hate about these people. Where is their character? Their first instinct is to cover up. Who hires these people? They place too much emphasis on having potential hires pass physical tests and little on raw intelligence, judgment and honesty. And they wonder why people hate them.
this a straight forwed police brutality thats an everyday thing no one should use force cause someone will be innocent these are why cops have been shot dead cause they diserve it. and now videos are protecting them
It's nice to see one of the cops is honest about the situation. However the other policeman is just lying to cover it up. It sounded like an accident but he is lying about what happened. If that was anybody else you would be sitting in a jail cell!!!
a lot of them. it's like congress. you can't work here and have ethics. the goal is money. not people, not principles just money. do what you have to do to justify the salaries mof all the judicial system.

But I am sure it states in the report that the cop was the victim and they would have never payed for the repair. Not all cops are good people some of them are the worst of criminals
