Working at B&H, I saw it all. One time a young woman came in with her laptop, camera and lens complaining that her photos were crooked. She showed me scores of photos from India, around the Taj MAhal, everyone was on slanted, but it wasn't the camera's fault. She wanted to talk to try a different camera, I told her to call Nikon.

Actually, I prefer the red cases because my pictures always have a certain contrast that is impossible to get with the orange cases.

The videographer needs to look into using his IR filter or use a Tiffen filter to reduce far red. Google "far red filter by adam art".
