no, but anbu kakashi can do a ingame chidori (meanin no cutscene)

ANBU Kakashi can, but I don't think anybody else can, Type in "Narutimate Hero 2 Jutsu" and click the first video, the title is "Narutimate hero 2 crazy combos and justsu tricks" or something like that. In that video you "SEE" ANBU Kakashi charging up Chidori
