I agree with the other poster, the help is all college kids that barely know one end of a computer from the other. If you want tech help go online it will be better and they won't sell you junk just to make money. I was in there a couple of days ago and one kid told a customer that a Sparkle power supply was better than the Corsair power supply he was going to order from Newegg. Bring in your list and leave with only what you want.
Their prices are great but the folks that work there are total idiots. I would strongly doing your own research, printing out what you want online and handing them the sheet. Even after all that you still gotta be careful cause some of them can't read.
For example...I wanted an IDE external case. When I got home it was an ATA external case and I even printed out the sheet. I guess their prices are low cause the people they hire are stupid and probably paid very little.
