@YoungShottaFBI - It's cubase bruv. I'm essentially a recording engineer/mixer, so i use cubase to mix my beats after making them in Reason... MUCH better sound, more polished.

not a song, the vocal sample is just picked up from an old old techno/house sample set i had... Had a bunch of this woman singing different phrases... took this one and built the music around it.

what software do you use? I use FL and i find i need more...

I use Reason4 for basic production of the music, notation etc, and CubaseSX3 i use for mixing it properly and giving each track it's sparkle. - and FL is amateur so you're probably gonna want to upgrade eventually anyway. But yeh Reason is your best bet, I've seen a lot of pro's using Reason for beat-making.

@SkeptikMC Logic is the over all best at the moment unless your a super producer and fully understand how to use protool's hd because you will not need to use another software to mixdown
