i bought tune sync and set it up on my cpu and phone...i synced playlists successfully...the only problem is that some of the songs are unable to play, and some play only partially, and others play fully?...any ideas on whats wrong?

I have this problem, VERYTHING is connected except that they playlist connection keeps failing, everything is ok i uninstalled and reinstalled tunesync but the playlist aren't connecting.

Any idea on what i can do?

Please remember that this is not the full or pro version of Tune Sync. You can only Sync multiple playlist on the full version.

@bminato Try turning your firewall off if you have one and make sure you phone is connecting to the same wireless network your computer with iTunes is connecting to.

@DAVID102296 I'm not sure exactly how to help you. TuneSync reads your PCs IP address but your libraries won't show up.... Hmmmm I think you may have did something wrong or there may be something wrong with the phone or something. But again, I'm not sure.

@IKinkyyy You have to makke sure the server password in TuneSync on your Desktop is the same as the password on TuneSync on your phone.

@diamondelchingon Yes. If you have the art work in iTunes it'll transfer all of for all of the songs you selected to be transferred over.

@GhostlyAirsoft If you have trouble finding your computers IP address run ipconfig in the run command dialog box that should be on your start menu and ipconfig should tell you what you computers IP address is.

@GhostlyAirsoft No Prob. In the video I added a part showing how to get your computers IP address. If you have virus protection and a firewall, you phone might not be able to automatically get your IP so you may have to find it manually. Go into ipconfig from the Run -> CMD screen and you should be able to get it.

@SonicDash3 Yeah you can do it that way but then you still have to setup your play lists and all that and if you don't know what play list file to copy over to your phone you music won't be configured correctly. Sure, for the more tech savvy people who know what files and play lists to copy over, go right a head and drag them over but for those who aren't TuneSync is easier.

@SonicDash3 Sure you can click and drag the files over but that requires you to connect you phone to your computer via USB. With TuneSync once you configure it if you want to add songs later on you don't have to reconnect.

@luckyrulezdood It's the default music player that comes pre-installed on the EVO. It's crappy and doesn't look too flashy but it gets the job done.

@YANKEESRULEMLB I'm sorry it took so long. I didn't have my youtube account set to send my notifications when there are comments posted. Well any who.. The port TuneSync should be listening to is 9090. But make sure you have your computers correct IP address or it won't work.
