I think there's gotta be a balance with the whole Paparazzi thing. The paparazzi and the stars kind of need each other. They can be good for publicity and keeping an actor's face on the newsstands and TV. The problem comes when they don't know when to back the fuck off. When Rourke says(politely) "Okay guys, have a good night" it's obviously time to let the guy be. Stars should be willing to take a couple minutes for some photos and a few words, but these fuckers need to let them be after.
