Yes, eating at McDonalds for a month every day is a bad idea. Eating it once or twice a week (and not going overboard, just get 1 meal normal proportions with no soda) is not that bad for you. If you watch the movie "fat head" a guy went on an all fast food diet for 30 days and lost weight. This movie is incredibly poorly made from a scientific or honesty standpoint. Out of all his meals he was only asked to super-size 9 times out of 60 something meals.

Of course you shouldn't eat McDonalds every day. There are a LOT of things that you should not eat every day. But not all of it comes from a big bad corporation, so they all get a free pass.

@Bartholomewjojo i live in america, and sadly many people are like that, thank god im the odd one of my family. my sister is 4 years younger than me but she weighs more. I happen to see what american food does, while my family well eats everything

@Bartholomewjojo Unfortenately this is not american only, it is really commonplace in Europe, especially in Greece where i live where even standard food is great here fast food is just awesome (i see one mcdonalds closing after another because no one likes the taste compared to the local fast food), hopefully i don't eat much fast food, but it is hard not to for most people especially when it's that tasty...
