  • I have one of these HD-41 in very good conditions near my place... I'm search some money for buying this monster...

  • Back in the day the Allis-Chalmers HD-41 was superior in every way to anything Cat put out. Cat rested on it's name for so long it didn't evolve into a better line until the HD-41 smacked 'em. The Cummins was every bit as powerful as anything Cat had at the time.

  • Listen to that beauty roar!!!!

  • v8 Fiat cummins.....

  • Maravilla Tiene un Cummins V12 de tipo ferroviario de 500Hp Es realmente grande

  • Won't fit on our freightliner, i'd crush it LOL!

  • This was the first of the really 500 hp plus bulldozers to come along. The 524hp 41-B,Komatsu's 620hp D455A and the king of them all the 700hp 180,000lb Cat D100 would follow

  • D10 you mean? D11Rs are pushing 915HP and 120 tons (239,550lbs).

  • Yes I do mean the 770hp D10.The D11R is 915hp gross and 850hp net hp and are 230,000lbs while the D11R Carrydozer is 249,000lbs

  • what kind of motor? an AC motor? i looked in my AC book and cold not find it!

  • na, these had massive 1710 cummins in them

  • Had the Cummins 1.710cid VT1710.Same one as on the Michigan 475/475B

  • They figured out a way i suppose.

  • how is that possible it is a straight blade dozer

  • it just has the one cylinder on the side there, and a solid piece on the other side. All of the joints move in 3 dimensions, and when the ram goes in or out it twists everything up.

  • thanks man i just did not understand than i thought about my straight blade cat and it hit me thanks
