Their record-setting offense was held to only 14 points and that is a reflection on how well the Giants D played. And of course Giants' fans are gonna talk about the Pats losing because going into the game, they were undefeated and heavily-favored. It's quite a monumental accomplishment in my books.

Amazing, 2 yrs later, Pats fans still whining. Get over it, the Giants ruled, like the Yankees ruled this year. More amazing is Pats fans beaking about the refs. For starters, your coach cheats & as far as getting breaks from Refs, the Pats get more calls their way than any team (ask Ray Lewis). The Pats had a good season but their record was misleading. They play in a weak division & 6 gms were givens. It was good cause they got to the SB but the Giants was great cause they won the SB.

Yes they did, but they also played the Jets twice, the Bills twice and the Dolphins twice. Looking @ the teams you point out, when they played the Eagles McNabb was injured, the Steelers where retooling that year, everybody beats the Chargers, and the Cowboys, well a load of talent but no direction. Anyway, my point is. They got 6 "show up & you win games". If they played in the AFC North they would be lucky to play 500 football.

Bottom line is the Giants performed better when it counted. And the Pats offense was figured out by a lot of teams...that's why they didn't destroy the jags or chargers on the way to the superbowl. Patriots had a lot of luck go their way to go 16-0, and the giants had some luck when they won it. Winning the superbowl is essentially what it's all about when it comes to new england, that's why they didn't hang it up after not going 19-0...and that's why we pats fans love the team!

Are you retarded? they got caught in 2007 and they only cheated in one game and never cheated again or prior to the Jets game. that was the only game they ever cheated in and those 3 championships where won fair and square.

2009- Brady returns and has a decent season while the entire team including Moss and Brady played through injuries
