  • Zillow advice makes the process more two way. For years, we watched the news, were fed and herded like cattle. Not any more. We can engage the audience, get a two way back and forth low key connection started. Free and easy, not spun or stilted. Saving a buyer time, money and being there for "directions" when they are lost and need them most is a very good thing.

  • Yea - Zillow is a great tool for many agents to use. The key I feel is agents being able to learn to generate their own leads and position themselves as leaders. The thing is I don't think many agents are doing it properly.
