Pro Pinball - Fantastic Journey - Gameplay

I still play it. One BIG question: Did anybody won the game? ISLAND ADVENTURE is time limited, and I never make it in time :-(

After count down, the pinball turns off, and than you have to do all 4 adventures again :-(

I loved, love, and going to love this game.

But I've got a problem. I play with it on my PC (Win7). When more balls I play with the game begin to slow down and the balls running slowly. You know, like the 25 fps reduced to for example 15 or 10 fps. But everything is ok with one ball.

Can anyone help me?

Tip: When that happens at 1:50, if you hold the left flipper up and nudge at the right moment, you can get the ball in play again and save it :-)

Pinball will never die. We should begin a Pinball Appreciation Society. I have all of the Pro Pinball series, from The Web, through to Timeshock, Big Race USA and Fantastic Journey. Although these simulations are over ten years old, they still run like a dream. I have placed them on my Toshiba Netbook. Wonder if anyone can tell me how to play these simulations on my netbook without having to use the discs?

Oh, yes, you are right my friend. I love them too. By the way, if you have an Iphone, check out 'Pinball Ride'. It is fantastic. Not as good as Pro Pinball, but it is the best pinball simulation on the Iphone.

I have the whole series, 'The Web', 'Fantastic Journey', 'Timeshock', and 'Big Race USA'. It is like owning my very own pinballl machines in my home - albeit electronic pinball machines. The Pro Pinball series are the best electronic pc pinball simulations you can get ANYWHERE in the world. I have loaded these onto my Toshiba Netbook and they run like a dream. Every detail can be seen, and it is like owning a minuature pro pinball machine, Lol. Even now the Pro Pinball series are the best.

I liked Fantastic Journey, but my all time favorite table in the Pro Pinball series was The Web. I wish I could contract someone to make me real pinball machines of the Pro Pinball series, that would be awesome.

The Pro Pinball series works so much better on a PC, NOT a console. After all, they were originally designed for the pc.

i have this one the Ps1 and Dreamcast....the layout.....might be the worst Layout for ANY pinball game i have ever played......the modes are stupid hard to activate.......yea...don't bother!!!

One of the best tables! I like the other ProPinball tables as well. Fantastic Journey used to work well but now it lags although I run it in Win98-mode...my system is WinXP SP3. Timeshock runs fine but I have a new version that included both BigRace USA and Timeshock by SolidGames and it says "WinXP / Vista ready". Anybody knows how to get Fantastic Journey to work?

Game tips: To get mystery island you must collect all crystal (they are light simulated when you are collected them) to get there shoot right and larger house inside to start it i dont kow much more yet for mystery island. Mystery tip: if you want to get there you must light all mission (not advetures) to get there collect the jackpots to grown your points and get more credits i dont are really sure it is long time when i was mystery other ways cool game are these pro pinballs.

I have all of the Pro PInball series. This one included. All of them are fantastic pinball simulations outside of having a real pinball machine in your home. We are in 2009, and yet the Pro Pinball series are STILL THE BEST you can get in pinball simulations.

@theglitterband Agreed. I'm not sure WHY though. I guess people have, for the most part, written pinball off as something from another time. Doesn't make it any less fun! I, like lots of other people, grew up playing pinball. It's every bit a sport/skill/artform in ways that 'video' games cannot be (though this one comes closer to the real thing than anything). It IS a shame though. You'd think that someone else would have come along in the last ten years and created something superior.

I agree. Although I have to say that the Pro Pinball series is THE BEST simulation of pinball EVER MADE. It is the closest anyone will get to owning their very own pinball machine within their own home.

Such a amazingly awesome game. I played this with a friend all summer once. Each played a paddle co-op style, worked especially good for the asteroid part. We only won it one time, one of the hardest but most rewarding games I've ever won. The music is still genius.
