Shouldn't there have been a SECURITY OFFICER "restricting" the area then??? (Oh, that's right, he had to excuse himself to go to the bathroom.)
This guy's being made a scapegoat of the law enforcement's own negligence if you ask me. (The White House party crashers/The CIA, anyone?)
If he's truly sorry for what he did, he should pay the fine and swear he'll never do it again. But I'm really beginning to lose confidence in the US government security practices...
