Interesting comments about Charlie interviewing Mickey. I loved the interview and they both are who they are. That's the challenge. Mickey looks great and is firm but he acknowledges that he never knows what will happen...this is why we love Mickey!

What's annoying about Charlie Rose is that he tries to show how well he's read up on the person he's interviewing by interrupting him with some platitudes like he did with Mickey at the end, leaving Mickey only to affirm what Charlie said (as if Charlie knows Mickey so well.)

Yes! Rose has to read up on stuff ahead of time because he cannot take 'stuff' off the person in the moment. He has no refined intuitive sense--no higher level of CONSCIOUSNESS wheich is aquired through FEELING the space around you. Not emotions, sublime FEEL--that of a mystic--but who the hell cares about getting to the bottom of that!!!!
