This is a modified WeatherSTAR 4000 issued to Canadian headends for The Weather Network. Interesting to note to that this unit has the same lower display link (LDL) as the original Weather Channel WeatherSTAR 4000 despite that this unit is currently using a Halloween theme.

They've done it for 3 years apparently..The only year I saw the Halloween theme was in 97. I remember in 2001 they used the regular bg but halloween theme music

yes you are right im sorry they did it for 3 years 96 97 and 98 i think, but then they just stopped, so that being said can some one reply back and tell me if they did anything for this year cause i dont have cable tv :(

WooT! you're the best omg i haven't seen this in years.... i really don't know why they stopped doing this ever year i mean its only one day, but thxs for upload brings back good times, one more thing i didn't know they did the halloween theme in 95 the only time i remember is 96.
