She had vocal surgery after touring for the first album. She had tore em up to the point where they needed to be repaired. She screams live but not as loudly because of it nor as much. She muffles the scream to make up for the volume, but they do edit some back vocals in. Its a pretty serious health concern, so I forgive it. She saves it for the album, for if she were to **** em up again on tour she might not be singing for a while. Would be a sad day in the rock industry if that were to happen.

She screams live and in studio. The only song she does not scream live in and only in studio is Justice and Mercy, Pat, the bassist screams "Justice" for her because she cant scream it and come back to sing "and mercy" quickly. She is training herself to scream easier tho so she does not hurt herself again vocally, thank God.
