I am a Kenyan and in position to know that Alpha Blondy as never set his foot in Kenya. All his concerts have been cancelled in the last minute. Believe you me I can bet you on this. The late Lucky Dube yes but Alpha visiting Kenya? No may be in future!

never trust me none of that.....he went from a concert in nairobi and got that as a souvenir...he usually wear a ivory coast one (my/his)country,and ethipian one ,or a jamaican one.

As far as I know Alpha Blondy has never performed in Nairobi. The last time he planned to perform in Kenya, his show was cancelled before he could do it.

yep and I know it has been canceled, I did not want to enter in all the details and say "yeah,because of the election blah blah blah..." and trust no one and I mean NO ONE, knows alpha better than me....I know what i'm talking about he got it from there and not after the last time cancelation,but in 2005...and yep he did 2 concerts there, one in 1989 and one in mai 2005(that was just an invitation)
