You can't remove neon signs in a city are you retarded? That's one of the things that are given to a city for night life... you definately are a tourist and not a city person. I can agree on #4 and #1, they have #2 but as a tourist you wouldn't know, and 1 thing Seoul is KNOWN for is bringing people and scenes together, both young and old, traditional and new. If you don't like it then don't come, simple as that. Besides, inhabitants of a city don't usually like tourists or outsiders anyway
